Author - Artūras Valiūnas, a student of Telšiai Faculty of Vilnius Academy of Arts. The supervisor of the work is the artist Romualdas Inčirauskas. Architect - Algirdas Žebrauskas.
Built in 2008. The idea of the author's cultural object is an intellectual answer for those who think that there are no Samogitians. The areas of Samogitia depicted in the globe correspond to a real map, and Telšiai, like Rome, stands on seven hills.
