The historical exhibition of the Žemaitia Museum "Alka" invites you to experience the material and spiritual culture of the Žemaitija region. The oldest archaeological finds in Lithuania and the first people in Žemaitija, rare and unexpected historical artifacts, a rich ethnographic treasure, the legacy of artists from the interwar period and emigrants, the exceptional heritage of Žemaitija estates: historical furniture, masterpieces of Lithuanian and Western European art.
Educational programs invite visitors of all ages to attractively experience the history and cultural heritage of Žemaitija and travel back in time together with the museum.
