In Mitkaičiai cemetery in 1829. The construction of the chapel was supported by local landowners: Jurgis Daukantas (grandfather of Lieutenant General Teodoras Daukantas) in 1892. donated 60 tithes of land. After the Second World War it became a church. The church is rectangular in plan, single-towered, with a sacristy.
