Created in 2007 The bronze model depicts one of the seven hills of Insula, Telšiai St. Antanas Paduvietis Cathedral, Seminary of Priests, Bishops' Palace, Old City School, Fountain for Kazimieras Simonavičius, Cultural Center, Žemaitė Drama Theater, Exhibition Hall, Kalno Street, Respublikos Street. The sides of the model are decorated with the coats of arms of Telšiai city and Samogitia. The model is adapted for visually impaired people.
