On Sunday, April 30, the Žemaičiai Village Museum opens the shutters, raises the gates and opens the farmhouses for the summer season. Entrance to the museum is FREE.
Žemaičiai Village Museum will welcome visitors from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 1 p.m. In Jauja, a new exhibition will be presented "The way of life of the Žemaitik village in wooden sculpture". Exhibits of the "Alka" Museum of Žemaicai (curator of the exhibition is Simona Drimbienė, curator of the collection).
From May 1 until October 31 the museum can be visited daily (April 9-18, VI-VII 11-19).
Ticket price - 5 EUR, for students, schoolchildren and pensioners - 2.5 EUR. Education and guide services must be ordered in advance by phone. 8 601 92 417 during the working hours of the Žemaicai Village Museum.
