Auli is one of the most famous and unique representatives of folklore in Latvia. The musicians play archaic bagpipes, authentic drums. The harmony of these instruments is not broken by a finger. Hints and facts that bagpipers played together with drummers in the Middle Ages are recorded in Latvian historical sources. "Auli" identifies itself as an instrumental group, but vocal variations can also be heard. The group's repertoire consists of original compositions - the music played combines traditional Latvian bagpipes, dances and songs, melodies of European nations, but musical compositions do not lack creative interpretations.
